COLLECTING OF INFORMATION

The personal information that we may collect includes your name, address, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address. In addition, we may collect your credit card information as part of a donation that you make. We may use your information to process your donation, issue a tax receipt for your donation, or process your purchase. We may also use your information to add you to our mailing list for monthly newsletters and other organizational communications. If we add you to our mailing list, you will always have the option to be removed from that list at any time. If we collect your credit card information, it will only be used to process your donation or purchase.

 

TO REMOVE YOUR NAME

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us at: admin@culturelive.club with your request. Simply give us your name and address and indicate your desire to be removed from our list in the comments section of this form. To be removed from our email list, simply click on the unsubscribe link provided on each email and follow the instructions.

NO SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Culture Live will never trade, share or sell your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailing on behalf of other organizations. We guarantee that your identity will be kept confidential. Your personal information will only be used for internal Culture Live purposes.

SECURITY

Culture Live uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. With the SSL technology, the credit card information you enter while making a donation or purchase will be encrypted before traveling over the internet. After we receive your credit card information, it is only used to process your donation or purchase.

If you would like to submit a data access request, you can do so by submitting an email request to admin@culturelive.club. We will then start the process and provide access to the personal data that we have on you within 30 days.

How do I correct, update, amend, or delete the personal data you have about me?
In addition to the functionality available through our Services, you can request other modifications from us directly at admin@culturelive.club. We ask that you include an explanation of what data right you are seeking to exercise. For your protection, we may take steps to verify identity before responding to your request.

How do I object or restrict the manner in which you process my personal data?
You have the right to ask us to stop using or limit our use of your personal data in certain circumstances. We offer you the ability to restrict the processing of your data for specific uses, which can be submitted to admin@culturelive.club. To exercise this right, please follow the “Opt-out” instructions as provided in any of our communications or submit a request to admin@culturelive.club. The rights and options described above are subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law. However, we encourage you to contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
